Matt is a long time vegan, personal trainer, owner of Iron League Fitness, is trained in fitness nutrition, and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He brings a lot of experience and knowledge to veg fest in areas of strength, weight loss, and nutrition.
Ryan is a long time vegan, competitive triathlete, cyclist, runner, and Olympic lifter. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience in endurance and strength sports performance as a vegan athlete.
